All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Valerino is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every Valerino piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original Valerino packaging where possible
  • Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return
  • Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

Email orders@valerino.ca with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within one business day. Canadian customers will receive a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact orders@valerino.ca to arrange. We will ship your exchange at no additional cost within Canada.
