By accessing or purchasing from Valerino, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

1. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Valerino reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation by email does not constitute final acceptance until the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and select international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Valerino is not liable for carrier delays, customs processing times, or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Full details are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Valerino name, V crest, wordmark, photography, and written content — is the exclusive property of Valerino and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valerino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
